'JACcingo'

Named for the way its blooms rise upright on long stems like candles on a candelabra, Candelabra® is a grandiflora rose that lights up the garden with bright orange and coral brushed with golden undertones. This rose produces medium to large, double blooms, lightly fragrant with sweet and spicy notes, ideal for statement plantings, beds, borders, and pollinator gardens. An All-America Rose Selection winner introduced in 1999 with strong repeat blooming performance all season long.

More About Candelabra®

Candelabra® unfolds from dark orange red pointed buds into medium to large, double blooms. Clusters of high-centered and long lasting flowers open gradually to a starburst of pointed petals resting in an open cupped shape. Bright orange and coral petals brushed with golden undertones soften and mature to a coral pink as each bloom ages. Lightly fragrant with sweet and spicy notes, Candelabra® warms the garden with its glowing colour as every upright stem holds its blooms aloft.

Growing Details

An upright grandiflora rose reaching 4 feet in height and 2.5 feet in width. Candelabra® has dark green semi-glossy foliage. May require some fungal support depending on growing conditions. Winter hardy, thriving in CA Zones 6+ | USDA 5+. Requires full sun and adapts to all soil types. At home in statement plantings, beds, borders, and pollinator gardens where its upright candelabra-like stems bring warm colour and structure to every setting.
