Refund policy

Refund, Exchange and Return Policy

As we ship live roses, we do not accept returns or exchanges; all sales are final, including gift cards.

If your rose is damaged, mislabeled or fails to grow during its first growing season, we will issue a full refund for the plant. We do not offer replacements. Refunds apply to the cost of the rose(s) and applicable taxes, but exclude shipping fees, in accordance with the guarantee and guidelines below.

Guarantee

We guarantee our roses to be true to name, healthy and viable when leaving our premises, and to grow through their first growing season, provided they are planted promptly and cared for according to our guidelines. This guarantee does not extend to overwintering, as winter survival depends on local conditions and individual gardening practices.

If your rose does not grow during the first growing season, from delivery through August 31, or you believe you received the incorrect cultivar, please contact us as soon as possible by submitting a claim online.

In all cases, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the rose.

Claim Requirements:

  • Damaged roses upon arrival must be reported within 48 hours.
  • All other claims must be submitted by August 31 of the first growing year.
  • Claims must include clear photos of the issue and planting site, growing details, and order information to help us assess the issue.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
