Double Delight

Double Delight opens from high-centered, pink-yellow-green buds borne mostly solitary, revealing very large, high-centered blooms in white with a soft yellow centre and a wide cerise red edging that bleeds to pink. As the double flowers mature, they transition into gently ruffled, open rosettes, their colours intensifying with temperature and light for ever-changing displays. Very fragrant with old rose layered with spicier tea notes and sweet citrus scent, these long-lasting blooms bring both dramatic colour and exceptional perfume to the garden.

Double Delight forms an upright shrub reaching 4' × 3', thriving from CA Zones 6+ | USDA 5+ to CA Zones 9+ | USDA 8+ and is heat tolerant. Clad in green leathery foliage with a matte finish, this self-cleaning, continuous blooming hybrid tea shows minor fungal susceptibility in some growing areas. Ideal for statement plantings, beds, and cutting arrangements where its colour-changing, fragrant blooms can be appreciated.
