The pompons open to deeply cupped blooms with scalloped petal edges reminiscent of peony petals, revealing darker pink petals with a lighter reverse and intriguing darker veining that adds depth and character to every flower. The colour softens to mauve shading as the bloom matures, a quiet and beautiful transition.
