Clusters of old-fashioned florets open to reveal a shifting palette, white with soft yellow or apricot blush at the centre, its exact colour determined by the dance between warm days and cool nights. With over 100 petals resting in quartered form, fragrant with sweet anise and lemon layered with fruity raspberry, this rose rewards those who pay attention.
