'WEKsunspat'

Perfect hybrid tea form on cutting-length stems beckons to be enjoyed in a vase or floral arrangement. Marilyn Monroe™ unfurls large blooms in creamy apricot with a delicate green wash that mature to blush white, releasing a lightly fragrant scent of tea and citrus. Exceptionally long-lasting and heat tolerant, ideal for cutting gardens and beds.

More About Marilyn Monroe™

Marilyn Monroe™ opens from high-centered, caramel buds borne mostly solitary, revealing large, high-centered blooms that reflex in apricot with a delicate green wash. As the long-lasting, double flowers mature, they open gently with a bulbous centre and settle into gently cupped blooms. Self-cleaning, and lightly fragrant with a delicate scent of tea and citrus, these long-lasting blooms bring both subtle colour shifts and refined elegance to the garden.

Growing Details

Marilyn Monroe™ forms an upright, bushy shrub reaching 5' × 3.5', thriving from CA Zones 6+ | USDA 5+ and beyond with great heat tolerance. Clad in dark green, leathery foliage with a semi-glossy finish, this continuous blooming hybrid tea shows minor fungal susceptibility in some growing areas. Ideal for statement plantings, beds, and cutting arrangements where its long-lasting blooms can be appreciated.
