Eleganza® Athena® unfolds from greenish white teardrop buds with red tips into extra large, very double blooms. The open-cupped old-fashioned flowers reveal layers of ruffled and reflexed petals in creamy butter yellow that trends to white in heat, while cerise pink edging develops and intensifies at the petal edges with sun exposure. Clusters of long lasting blooms carry a moderate fruity fragrance, Eleganza® Athena® offering a subtly different display with every change in temperature and light throughout the season.
