Für Elise® unfolds from dark red ovoid buds into medium, very double blooms. Clusters of deeply cupped rosettes reveal rich purple-red petals that soften and blue with age, opening to show old-fashioned blooms with yellow stamens. Rich and sweet fragrance with floral notes reminiscent of orris and subtle lingering spicy tones envelop the senses. In Für Elise, old-fashioned bloom form and rich fragrance meet modern repeat flowering and exceptional plant health.

Growing Details

An upright, bushy floribunda reaching 4.5 feet in height and 3.5 feet in width. Für Elise® is clad in dark green foliage with a silvery hue and semi-glossy finish, demonstrating very disease resistant qualities. Winter hardy, thriving in CA Zones 6+ | USDA 5+. Requires full sun and adapts to all soil types. Born in Germany but comfortable to grow across the globe, this rose is suitable for statement plantings, beds, and containers.
